Collaborative leadership is like an improvisational jam. In a high-performance ensemble, each person is deeply listening and responding skillfully to a dynamic complex situation. It may appear that one person leads or follows. Yet, every person is making mindful choices in their participation to influence positive outcomes.
Our approach to developing collaborative leadership capability is strategic, to first identify the capabilities that will enable organizational goals, then design and deliver custom programming, and to evaluate the impact of our programs through observable increases in collaborative leadership. Program components can include online assessment tools, experiential learning labs, interactive presentations, agile management practices, applications at work, executive coaching, and hands-on use of collaboration software tools.
